Who Are We?
Hesed Eleos Foundation, Inc. is a non-government organization that is helping the underprivileged and disadvantaged Masang Filipinos of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
We are partnering with the government agencies and other non-government organizations as well as private groups and individuals to facilitate the welfare of grassroots in the Philippines.
